TONIGHT! Fri. 5/8: Peace & Pizza at 7 pm
TONIGHT’s movie is “Sacrificing Liberty”, part of a docuseries put together by the incredible heros from the USS Liberty.
Peace & Pizza meets monthly, usually on the second Friday of the month, usually by Zoom. They usually feature a discussion, guest speaker or documentary, organized by Sycamore Member Stephania Widger. Email Stephania for the Zoom link.

Mon. 5/11: Social & Business Meeting Our monthly Lodge Social and Business meetingis always on the second Monday of the month – the Social and dinner will usually starts around 6:30 pm, and the business meeting at starts at 7:30 pm.
This will be an in-person meeting. Come visit and say hi for a bit, and/or stay and find out what is going on at the business meeting. Let Secretary Laura Brady at secretarysycamore129@gmail.com know if you have an item that you wish the lodge to discuss or if you will be joining for dinner (requested donation for dinner is $5 as well as advanced RSVP). PLEASE RSVP for dinner ASAP if you plan to come. This month Sister Bev Johnson has stepped forward and dinner will be pasta, green salad and something yummy for dessert.

Sat. 5/30: Fireflutes in Fremont, 2 pm
Member Bev Johnson reports the Fireflutes invites you to a free Spring Concert in Fremont! The Fireflutes are performing on May 30th at Holy Trinity Church in Fremont, 2 pm. Also on July 26, 2 pm at the San Lorenzo Library. And they will be in Portland, Oregon this year on August 9, performing at the National Flute Association Convention, at noon.

Requests & Dedications Zoom
Sycamore Member Frank Goulart continues to recover from a 2020 stroke, but he still plays guitar – and he invites everyone to a weekly “Request & Dedications” Zoom social on every Monday through Thursday at 12-1:30pm and Fridays 1-2pm. (Pacific time). Come to talk and laugh and enjoy some music and friendship. Bring your harmonica or other instrument, or sing along! To get the Zoom link, email Frank at fgoulart@pacbell.net .
